The East Suffolk Park Development in Newington, Edinburgh ,is a stunning conversion from student accommodation to 118 luxury apartments. At Newington we have installed state of the art intruder alarm systems into each apartment, we also installed a digital, full colour video door entry system with resident proximity tag access.
Moving across Edinburgh to Granton saw us complete phase 1 of the Upper Strand Development. Phase 1 consisted of 135 flats, and involved the installation of a digital, audio only, door entry system complete with resident proximity tag access. Phases 2 and 3 will see the addition of approximately 350 flats which will be fitted out to the same specification.
Coming back nearer to home we recently installed digital video entry door systems and intruder alarm systems to 125 flats within the newbuild Greenpark Development at Haggs Gate, Pollokshields in Glasgow. The Haggs Gate development also saw us install addressable fire alarm systems within the flat stairwells and entrance hallways.
